My dear Slowpoke
I just can't say enough good things about you, it's just the kind hearted gentlemen in you, but I sure don't want you to ever doubt yourself, if someone isn't talking to you....then I can say without doubt, it's them...not you dear!
I think slowpoke is the very definition of gentleman, always considerated, courteous, and always a pleasure to talk to, and I find him to be an interesting person to exchange PMs with anytime.
Don't you let anyone make you doubt yourself! You're a treasure of a friend dear!

to be honest not a whole lot, had time off work, got more time off in 2 weeks, had times when i just been sad, one Sunday collapsed at asda(walmart), 2 years past Thurs since dad passed away, that is pretty much it, oh and kinda stopped my diet,lost 70 pounds in total so i am where i sorta want to be
