i wouldnt be to sure that it is the end of the world in 2012, but it might be something else, like the end of the world as we know it today, im quite into the alternative things in the world, and some say that there will be some sort of "powerchange" in the world at 2012, like a new order or something that will alter the course of the planet, to the better or the worse..... im not sure.hehe

i'm kinda sick of hearing people predict the end of the world, cuz no one really knows when or if it's ever gonna happen, people have been making that prediction for centuries, and they've all been wrong, and probably felt pretty stupid when the date they said it was gonna happen came and went....and here we are, still alive and kicking...i have a friend that swore up and down that 01/01/00 gonna create mass hysteria and the world would end within a day or two after...i STILL give him a bunch of shit every time i see him....

The sun will have burned up all it's hydrogen and start to burn it's helium in about.....oh....5 billion years. The sun will start to expand, thus consuming Mercury, Venus, Earth, frying the surfaces of Mars, and Jupiter. After that occurs, the sun will shrink to about one tenth it's current size and start to cool until it becomes a white dwarf....a dead star! Our Milky Way will have no solar heat and light source so the remaining 6 planets will become dead and frozen!

If I remember correctly, there was remote camera lowered down to the moon's surface so Armstrong was the lone first human to set foot on the moon.
As for time ceasing to exist after the last human leaves the earth........hummmmm......time will always exist. It began at the moment of creation and will exist forever!! jmo
