VB, what you are asking here, is just plain silly! Women do not knowingly put their "lives in jeopardy". Some men do not appear as "bad ass turds in the first place". It can take time for their past and true colours to emerge.

And not everyone would think to google a person to see about them, that is not something I would have thought to do.
And in some cases that is how they were raised so they think it is normal for the man to act like that.
Till you are in there shoes it is hard to say why they look for them or why they stay with them.

The thing is, a psycho isn't always obvious...everyone puts their best effort into the courtship phase of things, then after you're in that serious relationship with them, do they show their true colors...sometimes in the way of letting themselves go, showing an addiction problem, bad temper and even that violent streak...by the time you find out and get that restraining order...they know way too much about you...where you live, your family, where you work and they have the power to make some awful threats and often, they will let her know exactly how useless the police and law can be to her, and will demonstrate/let her know what the consequences of her actions against him could be.
Psychos are dangerous regardless of their sex.

The thread title and post is all "...you ladies this and you ladies that" which of course is gonna set us off a bit.

If you had said "This wacko" or "this one woman" but your phrasing kinda hints that women in general are all like the one in the news story that you were relating to us...

VB...I am one of those people who became involved with someone that appeared to be a really nice guy . We met young, he was nice looking (as was I), he was sweet, kind, attentive, etc. My family adored him, he could work a living room. We dated for several years before I married him. After a few years of marriage his true colors started to show. He has classic borderline personality disorder. The man I cared for and had my children with became a habitual liar and a cheater. I didn't see those things while I was dating him. Evidently they were there, evidently he was cheating on me long before we married but no one bothered to tell me that while we were dating. He didn't appear a certain bad ass kind of way. He has since threatened me numerous times, been violent towards me and the emotional hurt was tremendous.

If someone wants to be someone else, it is possible. Until you have dealt with a person who can be a chameleon you should be cautious of judging others. Just as I am certain your wife has no clue of your involvement here on WN or with "servicing" women with your oral abilities, if someone wants to hide a part of their life from someone they certainly can.
