Anybody else got a freakin' chest cold?
I've had this chest cold over the last 4 weeks or so and I can't quite shake it. I got my flu shot in October so it's not that.
I went to the doc about 3 weeks ago, he prescribed an antibiotic and a week later I saw him again to complain about still being somewhat congested. e prescribed Prednisone. That helped a lot but all of a sudden, the congestion and the coughing are back again. So it's back to the doc on Monday.
Anybody else want to chime in on their winter cold?

I've had mine for about a week now. Felt terrible, body aches, congestion, coughing. But at least now the body aches are gone, but still have the rest.

I cant remember a winter that I havent gotten one. I got this one just after New Years Eve and dont see it leaving me any time soon. Last year, it was late April before it was finally gone. I've learned to live with it.

The doc put me on another Regemine of antibiotics and prednisone. He said my condition is exacerbated by a virus that they have just recently identified. The virus has to run it's course before my coughing will cease. Can't be gone quick enough for me.
Good luck to everyone who has similar problems.

It just keeps circulating around here. You can disinfect until you're blue in the face... 3 kids in school, it's hard to get it under control.

And ya wonder why I hate the winter season! Hate this time of year, and another reason I feel having the weather consistant and moderate all year long makes one stay healthier (in warm and hotter climates, lol)! I rest my peace! Amen!

Hummmmmmm, possibly San Diego, Aruba, possibly Hawaii or even Tahiti have the climes that may fit your needs!! WTF are you waiting for??
