It strikes me as one of those websites that provides links to other websites as "authorizations" like many sites that claim to verify your age through procurement of a creditcard number and provide "free" access to adult sites.
When in reality you have access through your current ISP. Anybody is old enough by clicking a checkbox and giving a CC # as long as any site gets the charge approved.

It's like Paypal (but Paypal will not accept 'adult' transactions), I just opened account with them, looks very nice inside.

My bank account got cleaned out through PayPal. The asshole even took the .10 balance I had in the PayPal account.
Paypal gave me a long run-around,phone numbers where nobody ever answered, people telling me they were "looking into it" and finaly asking 1 month later if I followed the specific directions in the email they never told me about. As it turns out,they're domain was blocked on my email so of course I never got them.
My bank refunded my money and blocked any further transactions on it immediately. Three days later,AFTER I HAD VERIFIED THAT PAYPAL RECEIVED MY FRAUD COMPLAINT, Paypal again attempted to charge my account after it had been restored.
After searching on the net I found many similar stories about Paypal.
Read the fineprint of the aggrement concerning disputed charges. I would also recommend using an account seperate from your main one with a minimal balance, to do business.
