A nice realilist dildo works well....one that is rigid enough but yet some flexibility so that it mimics the real thing.
They come in all sizes so you can start practicing on something 5 or 6 inches and "work your way up"

When younger, I was gifted enough to self suck. That always was good practice, but not so effective for most.
