We don't have a formal dinner/lunch. We just put out a bunch of finger foods, sloppyjoe's etc.... Of course most of the table is lined with all the little goodies likes home made fudge and the likes.

Usually in my parents house it's a Fish dinner for Christmas Eve, and a Ham dinner with the trimmings for Christmas day.

I never understood the whole Ham/Turkey thing. For me, the perfect Holiday meal is Spaghetti and meatballs. But then again, I usually eat that 3 or 4 times a week anyway.

Yep, just like Thanksgiving. 2 days worth of preparation and its all over with in 20 minutes. Actually, Ive had dates that have gone the same way. Except it was more like 1/10th of 20 minutes.

We wear jammies all day and have brunch with waffles, eggs, ham, biscuits and gravy... the whole breakfast works! Been doin' it that way for years.
