We are there from 12/23 until we check out of the Mirage at whatever the check out time is on 12/30. Our plane leaves at 4:30pm but until then.....

Oh sh*t!! It snowed in Vegas yesterday. WTF?? The weather is supposed to be in the high 50's through next week (Xmas) so that about normal for the entire 7 years in a row that we have been there at Xmas time.

....but 3 inches in Las Vegas is a big deal. It hadn't snowed more than a mere dusting there in more than 29 years. It's not supposed to snow there, period!!
