Re: recipe exchange
this isn't a cookie, but it's a quick and easy idea for a hearty meal.
1 package of frozen chimichangas (or burritos)
a jar of salsa
1/2 pound of taco seasoned ground beef
1 package of Knorr/Lipton taco rice.
shredded cheddar cheese
place the chimichangas/burritos in a baking dish.
bake @ 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until no longer frozen
prepare rice according to directions.
after rice is set, stir in the salsa and taco meat.
spread meat/rice/salsa mixture over top of the chimichangas.
top with shredded cheddar cheese.
bake @ 350 for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
top with jalapeno and black olive slices. and sour cream...
