My least favorite song........
Do you ever "dislike" a song so much that on occasion, you find yourself humming that song to yourself? Why is that? Obsession on my part perhaps?
I'm talking a song by a particular artist that you really, really dislike and yet is stuck in your mind. One song that I despise is freakin' MANDY by that stud BARRY MANILOW. My wife loves the guy, but me? Not so much.
I have been caught humming that tune more than once by my wife and she gives me the biz about it too! How can I rid myself of that song? Step in front of a train perhaps? 
Anyone else care to bare their soul and own up to a particular song that causes their hair to fall out yet you seem to hum it when you know it's the worst song you ever heard?

There's this gawd awful commercial jingle for an area community college that does tend to grate my nerves...

Christmas tune...the little drummer boy. the song it self is'nt bad...but when it's played over the PA system at work, every 15 minutes or so, over a 7 hr day?

I guess it would be, "Bobby McGee" by Janis Joplin. It was my ex's hair-washing song. Still to this day I find myself singing it and half way through I find myself going, "What the fuck am I doing?" and I turn it off or change the station...

i just hate when the last tune ya heard on the radio gets stuck in your head, to day its a christmas tune, "father christmas" going over and over

After I posted this thread, I accidentally let it be known at work that I hummed "Mandy"  more than once in my life. Well seeing that I work with about 20 men at Hertz and many times I am stuck in a van with nine or ten of them for hours at a time, news like this is fodder for them to raze me about.
The other day, while driving the interstate with nine men in tow, that bit of news came up and guess what? They did find it very, very amusing. So for ten freakin' minutes, I was subjected to harassment that I wouldn't subject a terror suspect to. In the midst of that verbal assault, I did for a split second, consider trying to graffiti one of the overpass abutments with the van and it's ten occupants but I quickly changed my mind. 
I changed the subject to a more manly one such as "do you think that the first lady-elect has a big ass and would you do her if given the chance"? Needless to say, that occupied the remaining time. And you think we men are shallow!!!!
