I prefer sauce on everything except Steaks 
BTW I count lemon juice as sauce on my BBQ

i was watching a show the other night and they have bar b Que place down in Texas and don south and they don't like to put sauce om pork and beef and lemon is more sea food i only grill seafood for Kare i don't eat it my self

I've got a natural gas grill on the deck and I grill all year round. How else can you have steaks at home during the winter? Cold temps don't deter me when it comes to a nice rib eye. ummmmmmmm
