Another one bites the dust........
A good friend of mine, a store manager of a high end electronics store here in the northeast, was told on Monday that the chain (TWEETER) that he works for is going belly up. They had filled for bankruptcy about a year ago and their top management has decided this past weekend that enough is enough. The economy and the competition was too much to battle. My friend is feeling pretty depressed since he gave his all to that company.
I just bought (1 year ago) my plasma tv, a lcd flat screen, a Bose System and all that installation along with a 4 year warranty on everything from that same store. I think my warranty will be taken over by an independent service company but everything else is up in the air as of now.
Anybody get stuck with equipment or goods sold to you by a company that went out of business? How did you make out?

That would be something that could be included in the menu. As you know by now, I do love to and some more. After that, a bite or two is very possible!!
