being the we are pro life i just couldn't believe they pass capitol punishment in wisconsin, we didnt murder people in the name of revenge till now...

Totally for it, they can prove now without doubt if someone is guilty and if you are a serial killer or you do a dreadful murder, then you deserve to lose your life as well.
I'm sorry, but why should they live after taking some innocent life, they had the choice the innocent person didn't.

I'm with HBG, too many people getting away with some dreadful things because of "Do gooders", we can't do this, its their human right, sorry that's bullshit, what about the the victims human rights, that doesn't seem to be worth shit nowadays.
HBG you hit the nail on the head, the one doing the crime has the choice, the victim, doesn't.
Bring back capital punishments

I'm not gonna go there again...nothing good has come of this discussion in the past...people are too passionate about one side or the other, and too often intolerant of other's views on this..

I agree here. The only thing I'd ad is to make the guilty person suffer a bit more than their victim[s]

just look at it this way...would you, could you, be the one to throw the switch, or give the injection? here's my take on it...if some one pulls the trigger, and somebody else dies because of it, then they should die too? cuz, technically speaking...is not the person that throws the switch, or sticks the needle causing someone to die as well? shouldn't THEY get sentenced with the death penalty also?

I am not a violent person but I'm all for capital punishment! It may not deter other criminals from taking a life but it sure as hell guarantees that he or she won't do it again! I proudly call it revenge! It's in my heart and I won't deny it!!

An eye fro an eye if u are hurting some one or killing them then u should be punished. Its u to a jury to make that decission not me indivuality.

I agree with you, we've tried this topic before, it's too difficult to discuss openly without bringing religion and politics(government) into it and both of those are a big "NO" in the rules.
We've tried to discuss it...it did not work out well. I do not care to see bad history repeated.

Yeah, I think allot of us remember the past posts about this....it's not so much the controversy of the topic itself, as it is that those with very strong opinions don't always accept the opposite opinion from others.
I'd stick a "Powder-keg" label on it!
