I dont know if these qualify, but Cyndi Lauper's "She Bop" and Billy Idol's "Dancing With Myself" were both about masturbation. And I havent heard it in forever, but The Tubes had a very sexy song called "Dont Touch Me There"

About 10 years ago an artist named Merrill Bainbridge ( a woman) had a hit song "Mouth" which seemed kinda dirty to me, but I was never sure. Had a line which went "When you kiss my salty lips...." Maybe it was just my dirty mind.
