SP I can understand why it's not for everyone or why other's have the fear of them. Everyone's bodies are created differently and react differently, which is very understandable. As of yet, I have not had any bad experiences with the flu shot.

Had one last year. made me feel as though I was having heart attacks for a week. No way am I doing one again.

Next time I visit my Primary Physican, he will give me a Pneumonia Vaccine which is good for five years.

Pneumonia Vaccine only good for 5 year mine was 10 them got the flu one in the other side ,but it think she stuck me with a horseshoe nail sore for a week.....

I got mine, Arm was sore that night and the next day. Felt a little yucky for a day but not bad.

i noticed that my shoulder WAS sore,but since i have arthritis, dont really notice much extra discomfort...........
