 I used to be a First Class Submarine Sonar Electrician in the Navy located in San Diego, CA and for six month's I was out on WESPAC with approx. 120 sailor's. It seemed that in every port we stopped in there would be a flood of civilian's outside the Main Gate of every Port-of-Call we stopped at...
