It is a beautiful day here today. It is almost 70 out and beautiful. Not ready for the cold and snow.

ya we know i rember yellow and orange leaves on the trees before and having 4 inches of snow tooo we will be getting a dusting soon

yes indeed another fine day , we went out and drove though the falling leaves again... and that smell ...of fall .folks are fishing and riding and we went a hikeing in places and took over 66 photo along the wisconsin river by grandfather falls on the ice age trail

From what I've heard through the national weather advisory here in PA, the temps this week will rise above the 80's, Indian Summer!!!!!!

Sunday was definitely NOT one of those great days here, the temp wasnt bad ,but the wind blew at 30 to 40 mph all damn day......

Cool breezy nights, the leaf fall is subtle but the colors are getting bolder by the day now. Great time for walks or a nice slow country drive through the hills.
Been stacking and cutting firewood, still have to get the chimney cleaned.

It's starting to get real cool at night but the daylight hours are gorgeous! The foliage colors are more brilliant than I ever remember. The maples with their pretty bright reds and the oaks with the vibrant, bold oranges are a sight to behold. These are why people flock to New England. It's well worth the trip!!!

fall is almost at the end of it up here. the apple tree is starting to turn and the maples are all about done and the rest too. the last will be the tamarack's they are now changing to yeller and so will be dropping their needles and be looking like a dead pine trees. have to sweep the flue too and run the saw a little now that my finger is healing up after my little accident lol...it would be nice if we can get another 5 to 7 face cords cut....

Here fall is just beginning. I came home today from work feeling a bit under the weather, I opened up my bedroom windows and took a bit of a snooze to the 60 degree temps outside. I love this time of the year.

We're hot and heavy into fall here. The leaves on the trees have already fallen, except for the ones that lose them very late or not at all. Never ending job to keep the yard up. Still need to clean the gutters out. Already have had snow flurries,  . The last few days have been warm durning the day and cool at night.

it was nice yesterday for riding an the the tamaracks are about the last to go yellow and then drop their needles, the cold and the blanket of snow can come anytime now till thanksgiving, more then once i seen 12'' to hit the ground but then i could hold of to Christmas's like last year and dump 2 feet all at once.... time to get the snow blowers and shovels ready oh them there jap beetles i been sucking them up for months now just give a shot of bug spray in the hose while running ....

See that there is blue stuff on the radar out in the Dakotas heading for Minnesota and Wisconsin, were out in the woods today cutting wood and had thunderboomers and was getting rained on. lol at least it was half nice out. we got a load on the trailer and headed home and got a flat on the way. got home and the dog even snapped his chain ....its been a interesting day
