Has anyone heard of "Focused Health Care program"?
Or is it just something in Illinois? Anyway I have blue cross blue shield of IL. and focused health is something new and will work with BCBS. My wife joined this exercise group called "Jazzercise" and met a woman there who also has BCBS.and she told my wife that her doctor wrote her a prescription to get cardio exercises, and now this "focused health" is paying for the Jazzercise classes. which BCBS would not pay for Preventive health care. I thought that was alwright!

By the way, this focused health program is free, they are working with health care providers to try eliminate/reduce costly medical bills.

Im guessing that you could do the same thing at a "Bally Fitness", or "Curves womans fitness" center and not have to pay anything to work out. just sharing information, not suggesting that anyone is out of shape!!
