Maybe don't tell her that!!! 
i assume you talk to her, if not start. Offer to help with odd jobs, does she need anything doing to help around the house, she'll think you're being a good neighbour, Then you will get to know her better and you can start to have a laugh and a joke with her and move the conversation forward a bit. Not to far to quickly, see how she reacts to little light hearted jokes about you being a single guy and her on her own etc, if she seems a bit offended just carry on as if you were joking, if she seems to be interested, then you're in there!!!!

Whoa! I agree, telling her that will definately not make it
happen! In fact I personally would try not too even think about the pussy, while I am getting to know her, I would not want to seem over anxious too soon. Be as cool as possible, if she likes you she'll find a way to let you know, just make sure you keep yourself available. Because the female hints are very subtle sometimes and you might miss it!
