Happy 10th birhtday Google!
Ah...it's been ten years now? Ten years of googling the crap outta everything that crosses my mind!
Yahoo is pretty good too, I use to use other search engines, still do sometimes to get a better cross reference on rarer search words or phrases...but for some reason, I'm a googlin' girl...
Sometimes I google up things I need to know, about pet health, medical terms, gardener trouble shooters, and stuff like that(right now, reading about hemotobins)....sometimes I just google up stuff that pops in my head, that I've just wondered about like why cops are called cops and the orgin of that nickname. How does shelf stable milk stay fresh?
I've seen the history of the first search engine (yahoo I think...hey something for me to google later!) on a Discovery Channel program, it was made by two college students way back when hardly anyone had a home pc and internet access.
I love the internet, it's been about ten years for me since I first got my own home pc.

I sometimes look up stuff I like to know about. It's also fun to type something in the address bar just to see what it shows.
