What is the meaning of Love
What does the meaning of love mean to you? Depending on your relationship with someone, when someone says to you luvya, loveyou, I love you, what depth of those expressions do you feel and take it? My personal feelings at this moment in my life just tells me they care, and nothing else, and that's from everyone. jmo

It means to me that they care and find you special enough to show it .Either by deed are word..To me it is all to often misused i feel.To say I love you to someone must be in the sincerest way of giving yourself to someone ...It is out most beautiful word with a powerful meaning but when misused can hurt one very deeply...Sensuousbilady

When it's said from the heart, and you CAN feel it, then it's wonderful, but when it's misused, it does cut deep, and it hurts, changing how you can feel about love.

Your right Tica, coming from the right person it means everything. Since it can be misused, it would be hard to believe it when you hear it --- you have to see it in their behavior. Words without action don't mean much. It doesn't have to be expensive or over the top action, it just has to be, "I love you" action.
Something simple like an email your first day of work to remind you there is support out there, a text message saying hang in there when you are ready to give it up, a "you can do it baby" while you are on the treadmill. That kind of action doesn't take much time, but it means a lot. It even gets you through the times he forgets your birthday, because you know he gives it his all on the rest of the days.

It doesnt even have to be said, the touch, or look, or small gesture can say a million I love yous in a way that you both feel.

The other day we were out together and I was visiting with a friend, I caught him looking at me and it was one of those looks you feel to your core. One of those moments that if I had looked at him the spell may have been broken. Of course when I was talking to him about it later he said, "Hey, I was just thinking if I run now I could get away."
The first time he told me he loved me it was in a voice mail and we'd been together for a while. I swear I listened to it 100 times and waited until a few days later to say anything to him about it...I felt like I was in a bubble. He's not the guy that says it all the time so I know when he does...it is special. I still have that voice mail saved.

The day i gave birth to my two boys. I never felt i could love someone so much as i did when i first saw those two little boys. 
Also love is wanting to be with someone, spend your life with them, share the good times as well as the bad, laugh together, cry together, be their for each other. Grow old together, Look across the room and know, that he is the personwho cares and protects you, (no matter how independant you want to be, its good to feel protected sometimes).

I have to agree with you there! I remember when I held my oldest one that my chest felt like it may cave it. Such an unexpected wave of emotion. Then when my two little ones came along I couldn't believe how blessed I was.
