Sure, but saying the right thing, getting the attention of women who are seeking the same things as you are...
Well, let's just say that on any adult site, males will way outnumber the females...you just gotta be able to stand out from the rest, grab their attention and make sure you're contacting the right women, women who want what you want...

Of course woman and men enjoy getting hooked up, and it also depends on what type of hooking up you're looking for! It takes time to get to know one another, especially using the Internet. From personal experiences, taking the proper time formulating a friendship first, is number one. When someone says 'Jump', I don't ask how high, I have myself chained to the chair. Plus, if and when I want to meet someone, I want to make sure I am not bringing any dirty laundry to the table (meaning, not bringing any residue from past relationships with me to the new relationship), and with respect, I want that in return.
