Oh believe me girl, I've sent many a message here that highly suggested that someone needs to go back and take the time to read the policies, terms of use and agreement.
Recently it's been the Megan Miers case that has causes sites like myspace to really legally smack down on anyone who use their site for harrassment purposes, and brought about new laws. Many other sites are following.

The fine print is where the person or company initiating the contract hide all the things that make the rest vof the contract out of your favor.---hehe
I've never found anything very fine about fint print. it's usually rather evil.

I've read over the fine print of a whole lotta things. so I do agree with you there JC...as far as this site goes and some other websites, I'm rather pleased with all the fine print, it's a rather well drawn up contract really, it does allow this site to take legal action against those who use the site for rather unscruplous reasons, and protects the site from legal actions. Hey, that's the way ya gotta run a business for sure online or real world.
But yeah, some contracts, I've gotten down to all the fine print, shoved it back unsigned and said "Are you fuckin' crazy doode???"
