Food Glo?
Since microwaves emit radiation, why doesn't the food cooked in them glo? I have a fairly good reason why, just curious.

Re: Food Glo?
Be nice if it did. Just think of the electricity saved from no lights.

Re: Food Glo?
The funny thing about microwaves is, a few years ago in PA, this woman left her vibrator in a microwave in one of these Mini Marts that serve food, and microwaves open to the public! I laughed so hard when I read about it. Now was the glo in the microwave or on her face when she was arrested? And... why did she have it in one of those stores, did she think it was a hot dog or something?

It will if you put it in tin foil, one of my boys did that once, the sparks really did fly, and the food certainly glowed

Metal makes fun lightning in micros... If ya want real fun though, put a full bag of marshmellows in out of the bag] and set it on high for a few minutes.

I had the same encounters many a times with my children when they were younger. Sometimes if I'm not fully awake in the morning, I grab the wrong coffee mug that has some printed metal in the paint on them... well let's just say, I wake up fairly fast watching the 4th of July!
Have you ever nuked marshmallow peeps!?
