"slumgullion" the word my dad had for cooked elbow macaroni,browned hamburger and tomato sauce . it was good and very filling !

"Slumgullion" is in my Websters New Collegiate Dictionary-definition 2 is "meat stew". Dont look at definition 1 if want to keep enjoying youir slumgullion meat stew.
