 Insomnia Monsters got me, tried going to sleep and couldn't. I returned to my laptop stopping by here, and besides being fully awake I'm also numb, ever get that?

Sometimes you have to resist that urge to go back online, and just make a point of turning off the computer, going to bed for several nights in a row, resisit that urge to get back up and log back in or browse the web.
Try a book or a boring TV program and resist the internet.

Thx hun! I've been consistent with shutting down the pc (following through with many methods), laying up to 2 hours tossing and turning. I'm still, a wide awake nocturnal creature, lol.

I'm doing okay, hate AB's and the side effects, this too shall pass, and I think I caught it in time. JC, try natural lemonade, no sugar, or Immodium, they seem to help me, just trying to help ya.

didn't have the poops till I took MucinexDM AFter that the poops showed up so i took some immodium. Still have some effect from the Mucinex though.
