I would be fine until they brought out the bugs, snakes and what ever else they want to crawl over my body.  Then of course there is the drinks and other fine dining items on the menu, no way.

I recall part of one of their menu's where they were eating sheep eyeballs... omg! No freakn' way, it's not worth the dollars worth in cents the day you see me eat those! Ewwwwww!

I had chocolate covered bugs (can't remember exactly what kind of bugs they were)when I was visiting vietnam.
Was shockingly quite tasty.

I've eaten a lot of similiar shit just for the sake of it because of being dared to... and the physical stunts just seem like they'd damn fun, so yeah.. i'd give it a shot. lol
