Huey Lewis...........
The wife and I and and my two great-nephews are driving to Newport Naval Station to see a free Huey Lewis concert, he of "Workin' for a Livin'" fame with Garth Brooks duet from 2007.
I've been a HL fan since the 80's and have seen him about 10 times. That band is fantastic!! Do any of you concur?
Your favorite HL tunes? 
My favorites are "We're Not Here for Along Time. We're Here for a Good Time", "Back In Time", Hip To Be Square
and "Workin' For a Livin'".

Huey Lewis and the News had some of the best harmonizing that I heard since The Beatles. Huey himself has such a unique voice, but when those guys sing together, its magic. I truly dont think that any of their songs would have been anywhere near as successful as they were if someone else had sung them.

The songs themselves are Huey Lewis!! They are very catchy and early MTV helped make that band great! I heard that there were something like 30 videos made for MTV. That's freakin' exposure baby!!! They were in the right place at the right time, no doubt about it! I doubt that there's a person on earth that doesn't know a HL song.......jmo
