"Involuntary Muscular Contractions"
A professor at University of Montana was giving a lecture on "Involuntary Muscular Contractions" to his first year medical students.
Realizing that this was not the most riveting subject, the professor decided to lighten the mood slightly.
He pointed to a young woman in the front row and asked, "'Do you know what your ass hole is doing while you're having an orgasm?"
She replied, "Probably deer hunting with his buddies."
The professor laughed so hard he could not continue with the class.

That reminds me of the story I used to hear around the College of Agriculture: The professor is lecturing about the physiology of reproduction. He explains that semen contains various nutrients to keep the spermatozoa alive and motile. He mentions that among these nutrients was glucose, a type of sugar. One of the women in the class raises her hand and asks " If semen contains sugar, why does it taste so salty?"
