Tell us what you love about where you live
What makes your home feel like your home where you live? Is it where you grew up with friends, family, location, etc? Would you re-locate re-establishing yourself?

Didn't grow up here, but have matured. [got older]  I have no concerns about crime, the area is nice,[it even has trees] and the area has gotten many more businesses in the last 10 years.
Now, if we can just get a reputable truck parts store.

didn't grow up here, but I've lived in the area for about 20 years. not much to say about anything else....just a typical small town, with four gas stations and three bars, 7 churches, a pizza joint, and two restaurants. oh, there's a grocery store, an ALCO store, and a DQ just out side of town....

Hey everyone. Right now I live in Iraq. I do like the people I have met here for that most part. The hot weather is nice sometimes. But 140 degrees gets old fast. As I like to say a quote from Ted Theodore Logan, like dust in the wind dude! To much of it sometimes. The palm trees are a nice site when I actually get to see them over the wall. Cooler days will soon be here. Chat later.

I'm with VB, I love the four seasons, don't think I can handle living in a tropical place, nice to visit...but I love the changing seasons.

Am very lucky, have both the sea and beaches and also dense forest. Its beautiful.

i love the rivers & woods where i spend a lot of my time. the ppl here are freindly, & its safe with almost no crime.

I forgot couple things. There's a clinic here called "Extreame Pain clinic" and another called Bak Chiropractic.
How can ya not want to live in a place like that?

I love where I live because of the different seasons, and I live on the river. I love the water, and we have some of the most beautiful scenery. The Shenandoah River, with everything from tubing, canoe riding, white water rafting. Alot of history here, John Brown, etc.

we love the solitude of the shores of lake Superior and the up. the miles of rocky and sand beaches and the ship wrecks. the changing leaves in the fall and the smell of hardwood sawdust, the deep snows and the cold of winter,snowshoeing and ice fishing ,skiing ,snowmobiling. then the return of spring and the muddy season amd all the bugs the return of summmer and camping and fishing inn the boat, riding the cycle and all the fun of summer again.
seem like the seasons going to change again as its time to pick apples and make pie and do canning.....and i sure love pie.

I live in Vancouver BC. Mountains and oceans both only fifteen minutes away. islands, four seasons, hot, cold but not extreme, beautiful and clean. No I would never relocate... I wouldn't live anywhere else
