Shock Jocks
I'm sure some of you love 'em, and some...not so much.
I'm not much on them, I just think that their kind of humor... I had enough of by my sophmore year in highschool.
I dunno, that constantly "crossing the line" for a laugh doesn't do much for me, I could never listen to Howard Stern for more than a few minutes.
Just a difference in what we each think of as funny, I don't think we can change that about ourselves, it's the way we are, so sure, I do understand that they do have large audiences and tons of fans...I just prefer a different kind of humor.

I do like the lighthearted silly jock teams usually heard on the morning radio shows, I don't tune in very often, but they're fun for a giggle and a laugh sometimes...

Never really did like shock jocks either. And the way the music industry and radio has changed, I really only listen to talk radio anymore.

I like a little NPR once in awhile, Don't like Stern or Imos at all...nope...not at all!
Usually when I turn on a radio, it's to hear music anyway, I don't mind a little morning banter but after awhile it's "Shut up and play something already!"

Alot of the "morning banter" teams spend way too much time laughing at their own jokes. I listen to talk radio too.

in Omaha,Nebr. there are a couple called Tod and Tyler on a local FM station. now a couple friends of mine think they are just hilarious, but, i cant stand listening to the two idiots !they are just a couple of Howard Stern wannabes !they actually managed to ridicule the idea of a three year0old girl being seriously burned in a house fire !what the hell can possibly be funny in that ??? guess i am truly getting old folks cause i just DONT GET IT !!!!!!!

I'm with you dave, the things these people "joke" about...I guess at one point they realized they couldn't make people laugh with their humor, and just settled for shocking them...
