Back in control with my remote..
After a couple of weeks without TV, yesterday we got all hooked up with digital cable through the phone line...
I'm likin' it, more channels than we had with cable, free installation with a pretty good package deal (TV, higher speed DSL, and long distance)
I don't need that many channels, HGTV, History, Animal Planet, A&E and several other favorites and I'm happy!

L&H ?????? Who's that???? OOOOOOO now I remember him, he's the nut case south of I-694. We sane ones are north of I-694.
I could only wish I had cable. I'd probably never shut the TV off then.

Re: Back in control with my remote..
Hey, I might even get a little adventurous with my cooking again if I watch the food network a bit more!
flp, eh...yep there's some great channels, National Geographic, History and all that, but...I'm not really watching more TV than I did before.
We had the option of getting the dvr recorder, but hell, everything gets repeated and rerun enough, I'll keep my 12 extra bucks a month they wanted for that...
