Animaml Planet
For lack of anything decent to watch, I settled on this. I've gotten to see a man stabbed in the mouth by a swordfish, a mom bear so intent on defending her cubs that she attacked and ran off a male grizzly and a woman who was using a surfboard behind a boat,, got dumped off it by seal, then the seal attacked her. Biting her in the neck missing her carrated artery by about an inch. Another was a man trying to rescue a dog that had fallen into frezing water. He went on the ice, talked to the dogto get it calmed down, then tried to pull it onto the ice by it's front paws. It bit him, but they did finially rescue it.
Don't ya love animals?
Ok, It's animal planet.

Re: Animaml Planet
The others on the boat help the guy with the swordfish.[I'm corrected. It's a black marlin] The fish wasn't fully in the boat and pretty much fell out.
The bears was bear thing. The seal attack? Well, I imgine if someone ran over me with a surfboard i wouldn't be very pleased either.
the dog? If I was try to help a dog out of freezing wter and it bit me, the thing would stay in the water.--fuck it.

Re: Animaml Planet
I enjoy Animal Planet, but... when I see what nature can do to people I turn the station. I can't bear to see anyone getting hurt in any way.

I remember the show "Wild Kingdom" Seemed it was on about supper time. Also seemed that they managed to show a lion or tiger treaing another animal up just before I ate. I don't watch this channel often, but think that it's good to be reminded of what wild animals are capable of.

Re: Animaml Planet
Oh I don't like the usual "Big cat preys on cute little baby Thomason Gazelle"...
I can't think of the guys name, he use to do a long running wildlife series, was loved by the public then the scandal broke, he got tired of waiting for two smaller male animals(racooms maybe?) to break out in a territorial fight, so he and his crew caguht two of them, tied them with short strings, staked them and forced them to fight so they could film it already and go home.
