Iron Chef America...
if you were to compete on the show, which Iron chef would you choose as your competitor, and what would be the best/worst secret ingredient?

I've never seen that show. But if I figure this right, I need a chef to compete against, Rachel Ray, and my secret ingredient, would have to be alcohol. But the alcohol has to be consumed by Rachel before the competition, otherwise I wouldn't stand a chance.

Ohhhh never mind teaching me...just whip me up somethin' Corden Bleu...
A long time ago I kinda went through a cooking phase, I did alright, but not so sure I have that kind of patience for it...all that work and 15 minutes after it hits the table, I'm clearing the table and doing the dishes...

The Iron Chef that I would like to compete against is Rob Feenie because he is from here in Vancouver, BC
The worst secret ingredient would be the smelly Chinese fruit, Durian. Uggghhhh!

I watch the show as much as possible..
If i was on the show I would like to challenge Bobby Flay.
The worst ingredient would be squid or sea earchantsthe best would either lobster or ribs or steak.
