Snooze Buttons
I don't know who first thought of this wonderful button but I sure thank them. I am a morning person by nature once I am up and going but the getting up is something else. I will set my alarm about 30 minutes early just so I can hit the snooze button and go back to sleep. Sometimes I hit it as many as 4 times. I know, I know, this is really not good sleep, but somehow it seems to make it easier for me to get up. Anybody else a snooze button addict??

Re: Snooze Buttons
For sure. I hit that button 2-3 times every morning. I also have to set my alarm 30 minutes before I need to get up.

Re: Snooze Buttons
As obnoxious as the sound of an alarm clock gaing off is, you'd think we wouldn't be able to stand hearing it more than once...

Re: Snooze Buttons
Strange as it sounds... the alarm clock on the nightstand is collecting dust. My natural internal clock wakes me up at the crack of dawn, no matter what hour I go to sleep at night. The only time I can't wake up in the morning is when I'm not feeling well, then I'll use the alarm clock, if needed.
