If you're ever in my area....
A spin off topic inspired by Lib's "when I get to the states list"
What things in your area, or in your country in general, would you recommend to a tourist or visitor?
I've already promoted the Drive-Inn theater, but I'd also throw in a County Fair, a Mule show cuz Mules are just so cool and a mule jumping contest is quite entertaining. (No, people don't jump the mules, the mules do the jumping)
and the yearly "Threshers Association Event" most states have several of these, it's a weekend of events centered around "Old Iron"...antique steam engines that were a major part of agrilculture at the turn of the century, even used to move houses way back then. All kinds of antique tractors, small engines and of course...food concessions, fish sandwiches, funnel cakes, and beer gardens.

Is that one of those weekend or week long deals where everyone lives in tents and only wears and uses things of that time period? I'd love to go to one of those.
