Happy Independence day!
Fireworks have been going all night, soon the whole neighborhood will be blanketed in the smell and smoke of grills full of meat.
On the down side, I'm sure my neighbors across the creek will do their play cheesy country music way too loud, get drunk, and yell yahoo all night...last year they must not have checked their ashtrays from the party, they set their trash cans on fire...just a melted stinky smoldering mess by the next evening.

We'll be firing up the grill this afternoon also. Having some laughs with the rest of the family.
Downside is that I have to get up at 4 am tomorrow for work. So I'm sure that the pop and bang will be going on all night this weekend. Going to be hard to sleep with all that.

I expect the way too loud cheesy music, and all the fireworks but...my neighbors habit of getting out his shotgun in the late hours when everyone is stinkin' drunk has got to stop, it's a residential area, one drunk trips or whatever and it could be tragic.
Idiots. Some people should be denied the right to drink, not just people on parole and probation.
