Mahindra
Is a company that's been advertising farm and other tractors. I searched tham and found they also make a small diesel suv. Also found that they're from India.----THAT was a surprise!!

I research the livin' crap outta stuff before I make any major and even some more minor purchases. Minor meaning small kitchen appliances, etc...
Consumer reports is good, and even Amazon is great for getting ratings and customer reviews.

Mahindra has a good network of tractor dealers and I'm sure that some of the mojor car dealers will sell the suv. After all, car dealers don't care where the stuff is made, just how much money they can make from it.
Tica; this happened to cars many years ago. My Monte Carlo was made in Canada as are most Impalas. Cars have been made patially in Canada for years and Mexico is second on that list. KIA is a Korean based company. Daewoo cars are part of a huge Korean consortium based on transportation/shipping and investing. We all are aware of Toyota and Honda.
