For better or worse............
I don't know about you but if given the choice between my wife and all the money in the world, I'd take my wife everyday of the week and twice on Sunday!
Some might ask "are you freakin' crazy"? For one thing, she chose me to spend her entire life with when no other woman would even come near me, what with me being "esthetically challenged" and all. At that time, I didn't appreciate her giving nature but I sure do now. I have awoken and am now smelling the roses!
As for me not choosing all the money in the world.....shit, you can always get money. It doesn't show any love to you, it's not loyal and it'll desert you in a flash when it's done with you.
My beautiful wife on the other hand, loves me, is loyal and won't desert me! There, I've said it!!
Anyone feel the same way I do? Do I hear any detractors?

Money pretty much sucks...too much or too little of it can change a person....a constant in life should be the promises we make to each other.
Hell, if I had all the money in the world, I wouldn't have it long, I'd be giving it all away anyhow...every chance I got.
As far as my own hubs, we're are so imcompatible, and there have been times when I think we've made a big mistake...but even so....the whole marraige thing means more than money.

I meant it when I said I took my husband for better or worse. We have had much more better than worse but there have been some pretty rough times. We always work things out though. We have been together almost 33 years now. As for money, like Chazzy said, if I had a whole lot I would probably spend most of it on other people. Nothing gives me more pleasure than being able to help someone else. I must admit though that there are a few things that I would like to purchase for myself, nothing really elaborate, just a few dreams like my perfect ranch house and a nice camper trailor to travel and see the world.

I really don't have much need for money anyway...I want what I need...
As long as I have a car that runs, food, can run my home in a way that provides a good life for all that live there and still give to family, friends, and a few charities...I'm happy.
I don't need anything "high end"...I don't need famous label clothing, I don't need the biggest best of gadgets and electronics. I just want what I need.

That is very true.
We will be celebrating 25 years this year , and all the money in the world could not replace what I have had and what I have now and what I will have with Pa.
