First day of summer
Today is the first day of summer, So many things to love about summer...and so many things to hate about it too..
What do ya love and what do ya hate about summer?
I love I have less laundry, summer clothes are itty bitty and takes about a weeks worth to make a full load for the washer.
I hate when a big ole dog tick drops off the dog and I don't see it, and accicently step on it making part of the room look like a crime scene.

Summer dislikes- mosquitoes, ticks, poison ivy and oak.
Likes-women in skimmpy clothes, nude sunbathers, bikinis and the list could go on and on.

I love ice cream, sherbert, slushies, sno cones and popsicles...
I hate the August days of sticky grimey high humidity..

I love summer it lets me rest from College.
I hate summer b/c it is so incredibly hot!
I love getting a tan.
I hate getting burned!

I love cooling off outside with cold water from the garden hose...
I hate watering and constantly trying to keep my garden from suffering during a drought year.

Humidity, people driving or pulling houses that have trouble driving a Focus. Endless Road construction. Bugs, not enough rain, mowing lawn, watering lawn, trimming tree,
Just think the first day of summer starts the cycle of winter.

I had a person many years go offer to show me which ones to pick. More importantly, which ones not to pick. 
I declined the offer, but I wouldn't remember now anyway.

Summer mushrooms are so unique, some like the Bearded Tooth, are impossible to confuse with any poisonous ones cuz nothing else looks like them.
