Lottery
Any play the lottery any? Scratch offs or drawings? I buy a one dollar ticket for the drawings maybe once a week if that often and have matched no more than 2 numbers out of six.
Sometimes my practical side says "Save your dollar!" but then then my more optimistic side says "Ya never know, could match enough numbers someday to make it all worth it"
and as they say, can't win if ya don't play...

We will buy the scratch off's every so often, and play the Powerball lottery when it gets up to larger jackpot. Ma did win $5,000 off the scratch off several years ago, but not much since then.

I decided years ago to spend that money of more useful things. Beer for home is one.

i spend $2.00 a week on Powerball tickets. a couple months ago, i won a whopping $7.00  , i occaisonally buy scratch offs, but usually don't win more than a buck or two. but i did win $500 about 10 years ago, bought my ticket, right after my sister bought a $50 winner, the same style ticket, boy, was she pissed...

I do play the scratch ones every once in a while -- isn't that feeling of excitment in your belly as you scratch away worth the dollar???? Sometimes all we have are dreams.
