Paranormal buns
To support my own post for declaring a "Babble Week"...here is my babbling contribution.
Okay...so...yesterday morning I was in the kitchen preparing some greasy cheesy breakfast sandwiches for the hubs and I...while frying up the greasy, I got out two bakery buns, open then up and left the 4 halves on the plates while I went to slice up the cheesy and flip the greasy...went back to the plates and one half of one bun was AWOL...MIA...no freakin' where to be found, assuming the logical, I looked in all the most obvious places, no luck so started looking in the most bizarre places, no bun bottom...finally had to get another bun bottom half from the package.
Several times through out the day, I searched for that bun bottom, I checked the trash, the drawers, cabinets, under, behind and in all appliances...I know all the pets were asleep at the time, couldn't blame any of them...the bun just disappeared...and although I'm certain nothing paranormal happened in my kitchen yesterday morning...I'm am so haunted by this lost bun bottom...I'm still looking and wondering today...WTF happened??? I cleaned throughly looked under everthing, looked in everything...and until the day I finally if ever, find out where that bun bottom went...I know it will haunt me everytime I walk into that kitchen.

I'm sure you did not  ...that's part of the whole freaky factor, I was the only living breathing thing in that kitchen during the disappearance, no one, no thing else came in or out...
You're one of those compulsive confessors aren't you?

Bad idea, we'd all just stare at her butt nd tell her it's there.
I never knew that buns had tops, I thought they were all concidered bottoms.

I'm still haunted by this...I went to pour my first cup of coffee this morning and I couldn't help to look around and just wonder what could have happened to that bun half??
Crap, just have to wait to see if I spot a tiny trail of tiny ants pointing the way...

I know this feeling all to well.
In the last month, there was a hornet in the truck, it flew to the floor by the passenger seat. Monday this wek, there was a bee in the truck. I knocked it off my arm and it fell to the floor. Haven't found either, which isn't good as I'm allergic to both.

Oh gawd, those hornets are wicked evil, got a cat who finally learned to leave them alone, after falling near death several times with a face swollen up like a balloon.
I got stung once by a hornet, was sick for days from it!

The hubs' ass was planted on the couch in the next room the entire time...I was never more than several steps away the plate with the buns and no other living creature was in th kitchen at the time the bun disappeared.
Weird, spooky...until I find that bun and learn the whole story!

Okay, I'm still totally stumped by the disapearing bun bottom...I swear, I was the only living thing in the kitchen and only took my eyes off them for a half a minute...I keep thinking I pick up on the smell of fuzzy molding bread and track it down, or spot a trail of ants that will lead me to it...but as of it...it's still a spooky mystery.
