Re: The signs of Spring are all over...
I think the frosty nights are over now. This has been a cool spring. I may be a little late with the flowers, but then I don't have to worry about the frost, so its time to get some flowers and get them planted.

Ugh, I got hornets, they crawl in through areas of our house that need tuckpointing and hibernate in the attic, every day, even in winter if it gets warm and sunny enough, they come flying out! Gotta take care of that, hornets have a vicious sting...

We've even had a few of the wasps flying around. But not very many. Its too damn cold for them to out and about.

Re: The signs of Spring are all over...
We have several nesting birds in our front and back yard. I have really enjoyed watching the robins just outside my kitchen window coming and going to bring food to the young ones. They have worked themselves to death. Hubby was cutting the hedge row and had to stop a few feet from the nest. Wouldn't think of disturbing them. I will however be glad when the little ones take flight so we can get the rest of the hedges cut.

See here in AZ we call it spring because it is over 90 degrees, but under 110. Still bearable outside with sunscreen and lot /lots of water
