Wireless phones
According to the American Customer Satisfaction Index [ACSI] Verizon ranks first. Something I already knew.
ATT and T-Mobile tied for second.

Re: Wireless phones
I got my first first cell phone in 1994 and it came with cell service by Bell Atlantic, later to be morphed into Verizon. All in all, after 14 years, I like Verizon for their customer service and for cell service pretty much any freakin' place I go! I wouldn't switch for all the freakin' roll over minutes I could ever get with any other cell providers.

Re: Wireless phones
Well, if Sprint isn't ranked dead last, it should be 'cause it sucks!

Seriously? I've had Sprint service for a while and other then an occasional dead zone can't complain about the service. While I'm not a big talker on the phone it 's more a way to keep in touch with my kids etc. What part of Sprint don't you like?

It might be because I'm in the middle of BFE, but calls get dropped ALL the time... There are "dead zones" all over the place around here. We were in Arlington one night, shortly after getting the phones, and I thought I was seeing things! I had no idea my phone had THAT many bars! They recently screwed me over big time with my bill after getting a phone for my daughter. A lot of the questions I asked weren't answered correctly.... They were gracious enough to take some of the charges off, but it should've been all of the charges! I use mine mainly for emergencies and to keep in touch with the family when I'm out and about... If it were something I used for anything more, I'd get rid of them... stupid contract!

Re: Wireless phones
AT&T screwed me over. After my contract had expired with them I went a new carrier, only to get a letter from a collection agency about a year later for the amount for a new contract. Assholes.

I have experienced the dead zones as well as the Digital Roaming mode when in my living room but I don't seem to be roaming in my kitchen! I won't say a word about the bedroom. As far as customer service I can't say anything bad, however I have a really basic plan and never use any of the extra features on my phone. Then again I'm easy to make happy
