Startled
Share some of those silly times when something made you jump out of your skin.
Have you ever been sitting in your parked car in a parking lot, looking down at something or doing something, and the car next to you moves and you freak out for a second thinking your car is rolling??? I hate when that happens...

I get startled by the big old dog sometimes...he's so old, and after his strokes...he startles the hell outta me by sleeping with his eyes open...freaks me out...he looks freaky and dead when he does that....I hate it when he does that!

as often as i in the woods i see that too, but try just calmly sittin on the creek bank watchin nature, then turn & see a bobcat staring at u 6 feet away

Aww...you could whoop a bobcat! Not saying you wouldn't get hurt in the process though!
I had a bobcat loitering yards away from my back door when I lived way, way out in the country, and when I heard that female bobcat in heat cuttin' loose with that wailing for the first time....scared the livin' crap outta me!!
Good gawd that is an awful noise!

it scared the shit outta me, cuz i didnt see him coming, i just happened to turn & there he was. They do sound erie, kinda like a woman screaming

Wildlife seems to be the theme!
Big honkin' ass deer dartin' in front of you on the highway will startle the livin' crap outta ya too...especially when they hit your hood...

I agree Nrg... if it wasn't for my quick responses, I would have hit quite a few, and I don't go fast either while driving.

My old car has taken two deer hits....got as many deer as we have cedar trees around here, see 'em all the time, everywhere...
Gotta watch out for the cows too, sometimes they get out of their fenced pastures, you'll make a turn and bam...cows everywhere...just standing there, in the middle of the road...

I do the startling. Once stayed silent and motionless in a wardrobe for three hours to burst out on someone and scare em.
