Nice to meet 'cha doc!
Today I went for my first prostate biopsy. Hell, I'm 58y/o and it was as good a time as any. Things started "slowing down" a bit anyway so it was time.
The nurse had me roll onto my left side with my knees drawn up so I'd be in position for the doctor to do the "procedure". The doctor walked in and introduced himself and immediately did a finger examination via my exit hole  and then inserted a probe to do the actual biopsy. So ladies, I can almost sense what you go through when you're in the stirrups at the gyno.....very invasive!!
After about 10 minutes he was done. He said I was a brave little soldier and he'd see me in 2 weeks with the results.
I hope the results are negative.
Wish me luck............

I sure hate any "invasive" exam!!
I'm hoping your results come back negative dear, but like when we talked before about this...I've had several men in my family, very close to me... come out with positive results and they are doing just fine...there's allot of very good options out there now.
But of course, I'm still hoping your results come back clean and negative!
