Lets be honest here....There is no easy way of talking a woman into something she doesn't want to do.
Alot of women are attracted to other women but maybe just in the fantasy sense and don't want to bring it into they're real lives. If you can't speak honestly to her maybe you guys aren't ready for a step as big as that. If your ready to involve a third person you should be able to sit down and discuss the issue first.
I know not the answer you were looking for but hope it helps somewhat.
