They got me...
The insomniatic monsters got me, do they ever get you? I can't get to sleep, what do you do to go to sleep when this happens? I've tried meds, crazy brewed teas, shutting down the internet, a few other things  , still won't work!

hah..have you just tried sitting back and watching all those info commercials??? if they don't put you to sleep then at least you get to learn about all that amazing technology junk!!!

I've had a long spell of insomnia, nothing worked...right now I need sleep, want to sleep but circumstances don't permit me to get much sleep.
When I had insomnia, melotonin helped, over the counter and prescription sleeps knocked me out but I would wake up a coule of hours later, or sleep through the night and wake up feeling draggy and lethargic all day long.
Sound machines can help, a nice forest sound, rain on the roof, ocean waves, babblng brooks...
Or, I turn on a PBS documentary, just lying there with eyes closed listening to one voice talking helps me fall asleep.

Bought a cd to help me stop smoking and if ever i need to sleep i just put that on and his voice sends me to la la land!!!
Still smoking though
