You found an Easter Egg on google! Easter Eggs are hidden treats programmed into applications.
I didn't know google had them, but a quick search (using you know what) found the following:
Google in Klingon: http://www.google.com/intl/xx-klingon/
Do I'm Feeling Lucky for "french military victories". Don't forget the double quotes!
