Tuff Luv
Do you have anyone that you count on to give it to ya straight up?
It's nice to have people that we know will listen when we want to rant and talk, and people that give us gently support when we need it...but do you need or want or have someone that will just basically cut the crap and tell you what you NEED to hear, not just what you want to hear?

I've found very few people in this life that tell ya straight up.
I know my family will and one friend in MT. That's it!!
The place I worked for in Green Bay, the "Operations Manager" didn't even have the intestinal fortitude to tell me I was fired. Had the recruter guy do that.

Chazzy, yes, I would love it if people would just come right out and not via the internet to express to me how they feel about me. To me, using the internet is a cop-out, either talk to me in person, or on the phone, and tell me how you feel straight up.
